Welcome to Dream Walker ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of dreamwalkersupply.com and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you give us is accurate and complete.

2. Made to Order — All Sales Final

Every Dream Walker item is printed or embroidered individually after you order it. Nothing is pre-made or held in stock. Because of this:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong color or item.

It is your responsibility to review our Size Guide and check your order details before completing checkout.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. After 12 hours, your order cannot be cancelled or modified for any reason.

The only exception is an item that arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect. See our Refund Policy.

3. Order Acceptance and Refusal

Your order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at any time, for any reason, including suspected fraud, reseller activity, unusual order quantities, prior chargebacks, abusive conduct, or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order you already paid for, you receive a full refund and nothing more.

4. Pricing and Errors

All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, system, or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after your payment is processed. We are not obligated to honor an incorrect price.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Orders are not produced until payment clears.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by transit time. All timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for carrier delays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of your package. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, packages stolen after delivery, or packages undeliverable because you entered an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order is returned to us due to an address error on your part, you are responsible for reshipping costs.

Items produced by different print partners may ship separately, each with its own tracking.

7. Product Variance

Our items are made individually. Minor variation in print placement, embroidery stitching, garment measurement, and color is normal and is not a defect. Screen and device settings affect how colors appear, and we do not guarantee that an item will match your screen exactly. Measurements in our Size Guide may vary by approximately one inch.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, contact us first at dreamwalkersupply@gmail.com. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us is a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with full order and delivery documentation, to refuse future service to anyone who files a fraudulent chargeback, and to recover costs and fees we incur as a result.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Dream Walker name, logo, designs, star artwork, photography, text, and layout — is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission.

Purchasing an item gives you ownership of that physical item only. It grants you no rights to our designs or branding.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not: resell our products commercially without written authorization; reproduce or manufacture our designs; use our images or branding to promote another business; place orders using false, stolen, or unauthorized payment information; use automated systems to access or order from this site; or use this site for any unlawful purpose. We may terminate your access and cancel pending orders if you do.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that this site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this site or any product is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, or emotional distress, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dream Walker, its owner, and its partners from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of this site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and not as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action. This does not prevent either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims court.

Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to it, or it is permanently barred.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms stay in full force.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted means you accept them. Check this page periodically.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Dream Walker and supersede any prior understanding.
